This endpoint is NOT recommended for integrations.

The campaign tool is just an ease of use tool for customers who lack an integration.

This endpoint will simply read the CSV and enqueue each row in batches of 10. A campaign id will be generated and used as the request_id on each enqueued message.

It's recommended to use the /message endpoint directly, and leverage a request_id that is meaningful to you.
